About the Role
As the Store Operations Lead, you play a key role in ensuring smooth daily store operations, team coordination, and customer experience standards. You will supervise shift operations, support staff performance, and maintain operational excellence aligned with company standards.
Reporting Line
Directly reports to: Store Manager
Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and ensure smooth shift execution
- Assist customers, handle payments, and resolve issues when needed
- Coordinate staff schedules and task assignments during shifts
- Monitor stock condition and support inventory checks
- Support in-store media/content activities with the Marketing team
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and customer experience
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in retail, store operations, or similar roles
- Able to communicate in English
- Good communication and customer service mindset
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
