Delivery area
The website currently accepts delivery addresses in Vietnam. International shipping is not available through the standard checkout unless Vina Design Store confirms otherwise in writing.
Delivery methods and timing
- Orders are delivered by Vina Design Store or third-party delivery partners depending on destination, product type, and available service.
- Estimated delivery time in Ho Chi Minh City is usually 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time to other provinces is usually 3-7 business days after order confirmation, depending on courier capacity and destination.
- Pre-order, custom, bulky, remote-area, holiday, or force-majeure deliveries may take longer. Vina Design Store will notify the customer if there is a material delay and will provide an opportunity to cancel the order where required.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout after the customer enters the delivery address and selects an available shipping method. Promotions or free-shipping coupons, if any, are shown in the checkout summary before payment.
Payment methods
- Online payment via VietQR through PayOS is currently supported at checkout.
- Before online payment, the checkout page shows product name, quantity, selected variation, shipping method, payment method, shipping fee, and total order value for customer review and confirmation.
- Orders are processed after payment status is confirmed by the payment provider or after Vina Design Store otherwise confirms order acceptance.
