Return and exchange eligibility

  • Customers should contact Vina Design Store within 7 days from delivery if the product is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrect, missing items, or materially different from the product information published on the website.
  • Returned products should be unused, with labels, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase where reasonably possible.
  • Returns may be declined for used products, customer-caused damage, normal wear, products without sufficient purchase proof, personalized products, hygiene-sensitive products, or final-sale items unless required by law.

Return process

  • Send the order number, product photos, reason for return, and contact information to xinchao@vinadesignstore.com or 0903295399.
  • Vina Design Store will review the request and provide return instructions. Customers should not return goods before receiving instructions from customer service.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Vina Design Store will confirm exchange, repair, refund, or rejection with reason.

Refunds and return costs

  • If the return is caused by Vina Design Store, delivery damage, wrong item, missing item, or product defect, Vina Design Store will bear reasonable return shipping costs and provide exchange, repair, or refund.
  • If the return is due to customer preference and is accepted as a goodwill return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and payment-provider fees where applicable.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment channel where possible or by bank transfer using information confirmed by the customer.

Warranty

Warranty terms, if any, are stated on the product page or product packaging. Where no separate warranty is stated, Vina Design Store will still handle product defects and consumer rights according to the published policies and applicable law.
