Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product information and services.
• Support daily store operations: sales, cashier, packing, stock checking and replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Stay updated on products and promotions to provide accurate customer advice.
• Collect customer feedback and report to the Store Lead / Store Manager.
• Contribute to creating a great customer experience at Vina Design Store.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in a similar retail/customer service role.
• Good English communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with basic knowledge of retail/fashion.
• Proactive, responsible and team-oriented.
• Energetic, attentive and reliable.
• Interest in a creative, dynamic environment is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time: 6 days/week, 8 hours/day.
• 1 day off per week (flexible, depending on store operations)
