About the Role
We are looking for a Store Host who loves aesthetics, enjoys connecting with customers, and wants to create meaningful shopping experiences at Vina Design Store.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in choosing suitable products.
- Provide product consultation and support smooth payment processes.
- Maintain a cozy, clean, and visually on-point store environment.
- Support inventory checks, product arrangement, and in-store operations.
- Handle daily store situations with a calm and professional attitude.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver a “Wow” customer experience.
Requirements
- Able to communicate in English.
- Interested in retail, fashion, and lifestyle trends.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Passion for aesthetics, art, and Vietnamese cultural stories.
- Interested in creative, media environments.
